The Cellcard Reseller Application serves as a comprehensive digital platform designed to facilitate dealer operations related to customer registration and profile management. It enables dealers to efficiently register new customers at the point of SIM card purchase, as well as verify and update existing customer profiles. The application also includes a SIM card activation feature, allowing dealers to activate SIM cards alongside pre-topped services.

Key functionalities include:

• Allowing dealers to validate customer profiles and assist users in editing or re-registering their identification details.
• Enabling electronic registration of customer identification data and uploading profiles to Cellcard in accordance with Cambodian telecommunications regulations.
• Providing SIM card activation capabilities for customer accounts.
